They do perform a credit check, haven't seen any bugs, as of yet. Nice apartment for the price, and conviently located.
Not sure about the credit check, may be possible that i did not even noticed, however i do really think the area is prone to have bugs mostly different types of small croaches, they do have pest control but still not 100%, i would recommend something nearer to downtown in that regards.
