Since I am not certain of the status of your meat shipment (raw, partially cooked or completely cooked), I went out to the Katz Delicatessen website to see what they suggest. They have the entire list of menu items as well as how to either cook them or reheat them for optimal results. You may want to go to Katzdelicatessen.com/cooking-instructions and check it out. Hi James - there are reheating instructions included in your package, please check the packing insert! You can simply place the sliced meats, still in the sealed pouch, in a pot of boiling water for 5-7 minutes to reheat & then serve. This is an easy "sous vide" heating method that ensures the meats are still as juicy and tender as when they were sliced in-store. The meat has to be first cooked for a couple hours. The unused portion can be put in the freezer

I put the sealed packages in warm water. Low simmer for a few minutes
FIRST OF ALL DO THE SMELL TEST. IF IS A GOOD SMELL THEN THEY ARE KOSHER TO CONSUME. REHEAT WITH VAPOR AND ENJOY. IF YOU CAN FLAVOR THE VAPOR DURING REHEAT, FOR FLAVOR IS BETTER TO ME.
