It can be quite busy on Sunday afternoons because of tourists.
I don't know but there are 2 options for service; waiter and self serve...waiter better option probably for timing concerns...

I went on a Saturday about 2 pm the line was some what long however my wait was only 15 minutes. Food awesome but not cheap
