I got a Moto phone from a friend about a week ago. I went to cut it on and when I did, I noticed that the screen doesn't react to the touch. Do you have any idea what's wrong with it?

Wish I could help out. I'd say contact the retailer. They resolved some issues with my tablet last week. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. They do curbside too!
