Long Wait & Zero interest in helping! Went to the store & had a long wait for a rep. When I finally did get a rep Christian seemed disinterested. Even told me to go to BEST BUY for the phone I wanted. I am a VERIZON CUSTOMER & you tell me to go to Best Buy!!!! Got more knowledgeable help at a Verzion Authorized Retailer (Sadly that place tried to pass off a used phone as new). AVOID THIS STORE
