My experience with the company as a whole is a little mixed right now. My wife and I went in to look around and we walked out spending a lot of money on equipment for our home because the staff was wonderful and not pushy. We wanted the information, we got what we asked for and left alone to browse. Perfect! Delivery times were expected to be long, no problem. I had some questions and wanted to talk to the staff however you can't. The only number available is the 800 number that takes you to an answering service where your messages get "emailed" to the store and they will call you back. That's garbage customer service and doesn't help anyone especially when this answering service sent my information to the wrong department multiple times. I ended up driving 30 min back to another store for a simple 10 second response (Paramus is closed on Sunday). You'll get great service at the store (5 Stars), but you get garbage service over the phone (1 Star) regardless of how much you spend.

The customer service at this location was subpar, I can only hope it is better at a different site. I was excited about reviewing their products as I learned from a colleague that they are top of the line. However, the treatment we received from the staff would not allow for me to spend a dime in this store.

They do sell really nice rowing machines. Including the ones that have a water barrel to mimick an aquatic like sound.
