I needed replacement handles and cables for my machine that I bought from Rich in 2011. Rich took care of ordering everything and when the product arrived Inspire was out in less than a week to replace the cables and at a reasonable price. Being in the HVAC Distribution business I deal with product shortages and the broken supply chain issues daily. Didn’t slow Rick or Inspire down. Great service.

I assuming you are referring to the manufacturer Proform? That is not a product line we carry, but I do have VERY competitive products that are reputable and affordable.
