The facilities are restricted to residents/renters, as well as their guests. You have to check into the fitness center, which requires the resident to call ahead. The pools are open to residents and their guests, which don't require any type of check in, but children need to be accompanied by an adult. You can also fish here without a fishing license, as long as you are within the community.
They do allow guests... and golf is very cheap if you are a guest from over 100 miles away. Around $20 includes cart fee.
