The new staff are very polite. They were very knowledgeable and clean. So glad that Lisa and Bobby, spent time finding the right group of funeral directors to partner with. Bob always treated my family great, but since his passing it has been a revolving door of people and staff. Glad to know that we have some stability.

John Britton, and Jamie Broadwater, both licensed funeral directors with over 50 years of experience serving families in southwest VA
They did not sale to anyone in Big Stone Gap. Bobby and Lisa tried to run the funeral home after Bobs passing and they kept getting the run around by staff and turnover. They spent alot of time trying to find a group of Southwest Virginia funeral directors to continue their Dads legacy. Their was several offers from individuals that didn't have the capacity or abilities to run the funeral home. So they chose John Britton Sr. and Jamie Broadwater both who have served in Lee, Wise and Scott county for over 50 years of combined experience. To continue the family legacy. These are great people, and I for one am glad that the place is going to be stable and not a revolving door.
