I personally have tried four times to have my name removed from their mailing list to no avail . I have asked one of their funeral directors twice, two different receptionists each one saying they would take care of it . I have twice asked to speak to owner/ management and the response I get is they are not there or they are on vacation .I guess maybe next time I will ask to speak to the janitor . The reason I am asking is I do N O T want constant reminders , it is N O T a comfort and I do N O T appreciate them . If they continue I will file a complaint with the Attorney Generals office for harassment . My family has personally spent almost thirty thousand dollars on three funerals and my own final arrangements and I honestly feel that removing my address from their data base is not an unreasonable request . I guess it is time to find another funeral home.
