I don't know specifically about methadone. They do ask questions about certain other medications and if you are on any type of medication and they will question you. As for the tiny veins if you can get blood out of it and you pass the medications questions then you will probably be approved. I don't know if this actually helps you but it's worth it to at least come in and fill out the questionnaire and they will let you know.
