Call the animal hospital.... I am not a veterinarian....
Google provides this service to ask other customers questions regarding a business that interests you. It does not put you in direct contact with the business. If your dog is having symptoms, you need to contact the vet directly by calling or walking in.
Take your dog in. The bone of upper jaw is kind of thin and infection of a gum or tooth can cause a hole to form from mouth into sinus. It is painful whether it is tooth or gum. Infection can spread thru the gum, into the blood stream, just like humans. Take her in, get an exam (usually about $50 or so). They can give meds for pain/infection, etc. Dont let your baby be in pain. They are open 24hrs, just walk in.
We are not vets call the hospital directly.
