I ordered a futon to be delivered and found out later that the shipment had been lost.
After one week or more I placed a second order to replace the one that was lost. Today the 1st order arrived on my porch. How do I cancel the 2nd order.

Yes call the local store customer service. They can tell you how and who to deal with. No rabbit holes that way.

Check your email confirmation on the 2nd order and cancel. Or, call them.
