Friendly, and awesome staff. Dr Mary Evers is very polite and professional. She explained my diagnosis and the treatment for it. I feel better with her 2nd opinion after visiting another dermatologist and his treatment was too extreme.

This is a great office. I did take almost 2 months to get an appointment. Although alot of great offices have a little bit of a wait, so it didn't bother me. I saw Mary Evers, she addressed all of my concerns, wait time were short, and everyone was friendly. Will definitely be my new Dermatologist.

I have this sore close to my eye. It wouldn't go away so I decided to see a dermatologist about it. I chose Texas Dermatologist because they are close to my home. I saw Dr. Melody Vander Stratton. She took one look at it and said, "It's not cancer. Put cortisone on it 3 x's a day, if it doesn't get better in a while, go to an eye dr. I don't treat things that close to the eye". So, it didn't get better and I went to an eye dr thinking that's all I needed to do since she said "it's not cancer". The eye dr said I needed an eye surgeon specialist. (Who happens to be in an office just a few doors down the hallway from Texas Dermatologist). Three months have passed since I saw Dr Stratton. I do have cancer and it needs to be treated before it grows deeper into my face!! She could have said, "this COULD be cancer but I am not sure and I don't treat the eye". But she was sure it wasn't, now they will have to dig deeper to get it out. My husband went to her shortly after I did just to get a full body checkup. She said she couldn't find anything on him. He has has cancerous moles removed before. He's going to the VA for a full body checkup soon. If they find cancer....
