Website says parking is $10 on Sundays but that ISN'T true at all. It was twice that amount. I went on a Sunday about 2 weeks ago.
if you make a reservation at the restaurant you do not have to buy the ticket
You can get right there, you need to paid for parking too.
Its on the outside, right before you go in the inside of the tower at the bottom theres a booth
