Is there a dress code?

No there is not. I wore a summer dress and was very comfortable. However, we went for lunch.

There are no dress code, is come as you are but it's does get cold in there. So dress appropriately

We didn't plan on eating there but we did. It was a mix of people in suits and me with a tshirt and shorts. The food was great. Check out SaltGrass

Good question . I assume you mean for the Chart House within the Tower? Not that I’m aware of. It’s a nice place, & you wouldn’t feel out of place if you were dressed up. However, I wore khaki cargo style short and a T-Shirt. & no one said anything about a dress code. I’m personally more about comfort, over dressing up in something I’ll be sweating in, or not as comfortable. San Antonio can dish out the heat. So many will look nice, and feel free, however, I nothing was said for what I had on.

I don’t think so. You probably do need to wear clothes and shoes.
