I would really like more of an understanding about the difference in seating. The last time I saw them was in the Minetta theater.

Hello! Glad to hear you are interested in attending our shows at our world class venue. Theatre XIV seating capacity it half the size of Minetta Lane with chair options for 173 people. Choose from petite chairs, single chairs, bar chairs and VIP couches. We do have two separate seating sections; closest to the stage on the ground floor and a bit further away on platform (3 stairs higher) with the same seating options. Every chair has a great view and is much more intimate than Minetta Lane. Enjoy a cocktails from our main bar, or our service bar located directly inside! Compared to their Minetta lane home, this Brooklyn space is way larger and more spread out; the stage is more open with more viewable area, and seats are arranged in a semicircle around it. The physical seats are also eclectic as some are traditional venue seats and some are couches for two.
