My parents had their house built in 1999. Moved in 12/23/2000 on Christmas Eve! I have been a resident since 2003. The Mirage is an Unparalleled, Upscale Active Adult Gated Community. Single Family Homes only. Must be age 48 or older to reside in The Mirage. Amazing amenities including outdoor pool with waterfall. Indoor pool w sauna and hot tub, bocce ball, tennis, bocce ball, etc Brand new Blue resurfaced Tennis courts. Tons of activities and clubs including 4 regulation pool tables (adults only!) Children can visit but can not live in The Mirage. They can visit and enjoy visiting their grand- parents in the summer and on weekends only during the school year. Nominal daily fee for pool visitors, (5.00 I believe) who must be accompanied by their resident guest(s). I have been a resident at the Mirage since 2003.
