I make appointments every time. It's kind of like going to a doctor, if you have an appointment, you get finished quicker
Appointments work better for everyone, especially if there are diagnostics involved. It's probably not necessary with tire repairs.
Oil changes no...any other problems or issues yes its best to call and make an appointment...they have a nice amount of employees for different things!
