Car was not leaking power steering fluid when we went to them they changed the power steering pump and when we picked up our car it was pouring power steering fluid every where. They said that the previous shop had crossthred the high pressure line.

Deleted my original review because we just contacted a lawyer. But to warn those looking at this place, here are the takeaways: Brakes hardly lasted 40 miles before they started smoking and were destroyed. This place was closed on that day so we had to take it in to another shop. Instead of an understanding and a refund of the defected products and them missing a failing caliper, they instead shamed us for not waiting 24hrs and towing our vehicle to them. We cannot afford to not have a vehicle for 24hrs, but the woman who answered couldn’t wrap her head around that and instead blamed us for our money loss.

Ruined the vehicle and refused to correct the issue. I took my vehicle in to have timing verified due to a camshaft phaser install. I had not turned over the vehicle but when I turned the motor by hand it was making a ticking noise. This vehicle is less then 3 months from the used dealership I purchased it at and I was not prepared to risk the motor hence why I brought it in the a mechanic to verify timing first. I had brought it in and expressly said do not turn over the vehicle all I need is the timing verified. The valve covers, coil on plugs, number 1 spark plug and timing tensioner cover were all off at the time to further ensure that they did not turn on the vehicle. I received a call 2-3 hrs after having it towed there to verify which vehicle was mine, at which time I said again “do not turn over the vehicle just verify the timing”. I then get a call 30 minutes later saying that there is a bent valve or engine knock at which time I asked how they would know that without turning the vehicle on. The mechanic Matt said that he did not verify the timing and assumed that it was correct and turned it over by jumping the positive and negative lead. When I brought the issue up to chuck he refused to listen or negotiate a solution for the engine problems HIS TEAM caused. Terrible service and even worse ownership for their own mistakes. Owner chuck told me to get my lawyer and he’ll get his and we will settle it in court.
