Got new wheels and tires mounted and balanced Friday. Saturday afternoon I noticed noise coming from my front drivers side wheel. Two of the lug nuts were so loose I took them off by hand.

I use them a lot on my old truck, in rhe past they've done good work. Prices are high on some things. Used them several times so far on my new truck. I used them recently dropped it off on Tuesday afternoon dor work the next day, after 7 days, still not fixed because the parts are back ordered no body can put it back together but one technician that has been there since last Friday, it's Monday now and their charging me full price the removal and putting the dashboard back together. No one knows when or if it will put together anytime soon. So, I'm stuck without a vehicle, and had to walk 5 miles to work this morning because I couldn't reach anyone.

Came in today to get some part installed on my vehicle and what I appreciate the most is when the Mechanics cross verify the parts that I wish to put on my vehicle is indeed the correct part and not something I potentially I could have had the wrong parts.
