They have front load washers for $1 Tuesday through Thursday during certain hours. I can't remember the exact hours.
Prices all vary for which washer size you are using. I use the extra capacity at about $4.25/ load but is probably about 3 normal size loads.. the same load cost me about a dollar to dry. I have not seen or heard of any promotions.
