My son applied to live here for his graduate school year. First, he was told if he signed a lease 24 hours after his tour, they would waive his $500 deposit. His tour was at 1:00 on Saturday, he filled out the application and paid the application fee from our hotel at 7:00 that evening. On Sunday, he received an email that asked for proof of income and ID, which he sent back immediately. On Monday morning, he was told that they had not received his information within 24 hours, so he did not qualify for the fee waiver. THEN...he was told that the "12 month lease" would not be 12 months, instead, it would go from August 17, 2022 through July 31, 2023. He asked if the lease could be extended, as his program was a one year program and summer classes would not end until August 5, 2023. They said if they made an exception for him, they would have to for everyone, and that they needed that 17 days to clean all the apartments. He asked what residents were supposed to do that last week of classes in the summer, and they told him that sometimes they got together and rented a hotel room!! So, he would have been expected to move out right before finals week, find something to do with his possessions, and try to finish up his Master's thesis/study for finals out of a hotel room. Needless to say, he passed on this apartment. MAKE SURE TO READ THE LEASE AGREEMENT before signing anything with this company. No other apartments we looked at in the area had these kinds of unreasonable conditions. And the place wasn't actually the greatest...older, no microwave or washer/dryer in units, baseboard heat, window unit air conditioning., etc.

Near to the Wabash trail offering spectacular river views, this society is a great place to live in. People of diverse culture live here, predominantly Indians. It's also near to the main Purdue campus and has dedicated bus stops. Also, the staff in leasing office are very friendly and welcoming.

Launch Social Living is a place that gives me homely feeling even being thousands of miles away from home because of an inclusive community. I have been living here for about 2 months now, and it's been a satisfying place to be called a home. Some apartments are a bit older than others but all of them are built nicely inside out. I get the right amount of sun daily from morning until evening, have an option to sit by the Wabash lake while working on my assignments, and also chill at the clubhouse and the gym with friends. The staff at the office is very friendly to talk to. It feels like a safe community and is close enough to the campus too, for me to bike everyday or take a bus right from the front of my building. Would have been amazing to see the swimming pool working but all in all, it's worth all of it.

I have been living here from past 6 months and I have liked this apartment a lot. It is adjacent to the Wabash river. The colony and the apartments are spacious. It is 1.5 miles from Purdue Engineering mall. The club house and gym are nice and working. The office staff is very humble and helpful. They resolve all the maintenance issues pretty quickly. Overall it is 9.5/10 as per my experience.
