NuMotion in Sacramento is ta work in progress and, upon hiring the right customer service receptionists, will do great in the future. The ATPs and repair department are really helpful area, I love those guys. -UPDATE on 06/30/21—> Both Scott Bland, Assistive Tech Professional, and Joe Tyser, Vice president, really helped the entire situation by calming me down and making the remainder of my experience SUPER amazing and appreciative. I’m a cpa and, in my opinion, there is a noticeable distance of important communication between executive decisions and the customer experience. There needs to be a better quality of admin/managers that can eloquently communicate the needs between the two. However, thank you for reaching out to me, Joe, about my experience.

Third time in working with them,as my DME and they have been wonderful. Exceeds expectations, they are informative, communicative and are very good at their jobs. Wheelchair repair feels like brand new chair.

It is always frustrating when you need new medical equipment or your current equipment needs repair. The process is always going to be slower and harder than you hope. The Numotion staff are very good about working with insurance and making sure things are done right. They have been very responsive and try their best to make things as convenient as possible. When we have had to deal with other companies, the service and professionalism has always fallen far short of what we have come to expect from Numotion.
