Front desk lady is so rude it’s not even worth the effort of talking to her to try and get any business done. I drove 4 hours to look at a vehicle I had called and asked to see after being told it was available just for her to refuse and say I hadn’t talked to anybody and it wasn’t available.

Slow, poor customer service. Not by the 1 person at the counter but the fact they only had 1 most of the time. More effort is needed and more available customer assistance. I heard the one across the yard/next street down has their act together.

You need a business license. Fees are taxes, internet buyer fee, gate fee, hazardous materials fee. All based off the price of the item

In sacrament they are Monday but they need to have a license and the auction is online
