This location has the friendliest staff. I don't think I've ever had a negative trip to this Wendy's. The staff have got use to my voice whenever I go through the drive thru. They instantly know who I am (doesn't help that my wife does the same mobile order everytime I pick up the order). It's just always a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this Wendy's location.

Rebecca and her team are so friendly and really take care of their regulars. They know how much we love the cookies around here; and when they were out, they gave us an IOU, and when I made a trip for cookies (hard week :D) she actually took care of my other cookies and drink. Truly kind staff, all of you.

The other restaurants on 43 off the interstate are hit and miss with service and quality. The Taco Bell is worthless and McDonalds is unpredictable. But the people who run this Wendy's and work there deserve some gratitude. I live near by and have never had a single issue here. The employees are friendly. They have always been open during their posted hours. I have never had my order messed up or complaints with the food or had to wait excessively long times. I don't know how they are able to find staff when others can't but hopefully they take care of their staff.
