No. Skatepark is not supervised by staff, completely free, no helmets or pads required, you can just walk in the gate and skate without checking in or anything. Skate at your own risk.
Its free and it's a very big park. They use bikes, scooters and skateboard
I have seen bikes there. When it's slow I'm sure they wouldn't mind.and scooters
