Most of the apartments do not have a washer and dryer in the apartments themselves. But their is a on site laundry facility you can use with each apartment building. You can rent certain apartments with upgraded appliances which would be a washer and dryer. But it raises the cost of the apartment rent. I do know this because I tried myself when I moved in to get an apartment with washer and dryer but it does raise the rent and none were available for rent.
And they don't steal no clothes right?
