No they are not. I have lived there for 6 years & now my daughter lives there. All i know is it has changed names quit a few times but never had any problems. Would recommend 😊

By law the heat does not have to be turned on until October 15. In most rental places that's what they go by. I dont know how Washington Way works. But someone should be in the office from 9 to 2 to answer your questions.

No, has to be inspected by the township, if you live there you should have gotten a notice, maybe next week. No guess just residents they said

They're maintenance stinks

Ok Your mom needs to call back and make sure she qualifies as you have to make a certain amount of money to move in. I think it's 2 and 1 / 2 times the rent but I'm not positive. Then If She Qualifies I hope maybe she can get a ride up here to the office cause these apartments are filling up quickly now cause it's summertime and the pool is open. So there is only so many apartments left to be rented out. Then please if you come give them my name which is Dawn Munson as. I can get a rent credit for helping you out to learn about us. Most of the apartments do not have a washer and dryer in the apartments themselves. But their is a on site laundry facility you can use with each apartment building. You can rent certain apartments with upgraded appliances which would be a washer and dryer. But it raises the cost of the apartment rent. I do know this because I tried myself when I moved in to get an apartment with washer and dryer but it does raise the rent and none were available for rent.

That depends on the amount of bedroom and bathrooms. But first floor apartments are the best ones to have because they are bigger. They also have plenty of storage. I have been living here 4 years and I love it. If you have any other ?s just ask. If you come here and start the process of getting an apartment tell them Dawn Munson in R3 sent you here. I see someone answered they have 3 bedrooms in here. That's a no. We have dens you can use for storage but not for bedrooms.. They do a yearly inspection as they want to keep the apartments in good shape.

It is nice ..As of October 2017 we are now going into our 6th year of living here. Alot of the people are long time residents. Also I seen a comment that the heaters might be old. Actually included in your rent is your heat,rent,and gas ..So you just have to pay your electric bill. My leasing agent was Jessica Schivago she was so kind and caring and helpful. Also to this day if I have a ? I know I can always ask her. So getting back to the heaters about 1 and a half years ago they replaced all the heating units in all the buildings. Then this year they put up locked with a key mailboxes for us. They are always looking to make it a better place. Because they care bout their Apartment buildings.
