Please put a sign in the store telling people not to form one line. I was verbally assaulted buy another customer. It is my understanding that there is to be a line at each register.

No you don't stop and wait each register has its own line. Ask the cashier next time you are there.

You have to stop at the front and wait until they say next. Or you should be able to see the next available cashier.
