I've seen it before in the past where the store\credit card company authorizes $1 at the time of fill up and then collects the rest of the money when the transaction has been processed. The total amount should be the same.

Yo need to contact your bank. When you set up accounts, they tell you going that certain purchases require a hold of any dollar amount until the Charge has cleared
