The staff there are wonderful -- very helpful and courteous. It is a pleasure to go into the store. Store is always clean. I woildn't go anywhere else for my mail or mailing packages. Amazon returns are extremely easy.

This location is the best! Even when there’s only one person working, they remain efficient and friendly. Although the parking lot is small, you won’t wait long for a spot because everyone is in and out quickly. Far superior to the location in Lutherville.

Worse service ever received from a company. Person who waited on me, Rajan, was extremely rude, short tempered, unprofessional and would never recommend this location. I have been in the freight business for over 20 yrs and I ship numerous personal packages daily thru UPS and never experienced such poor service from an individual. After this experience, I would never recommend this location

VIRGINIA ( counter agent ) GETS RAVE REVIEWS ! Oct 2021 I had a rug delivery issue with Amazon and received wrong return information from the seller. Frustrating to say the least to carry heavy rugs into the store and find out my return authorizations were wrong. Virginia was so kind amidst my upset and found a direct Amazon CS number where I could call and get the correct RAs emailed to my phone and then we could process the return. She was exceptional and so was the owner, Mr. Patel. This is my GO TO UPS Store because of their brand of caring service !
