I would give the service department a 10 out of 10, not only was the service done in a timely manner, but my car was washed before it was returned to me. The front desk employees were very polite and willing to answer any and all questions, as was everyone I spoke with. I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Hunt Valley. The Service center is a good place to get your car repaired. Definitely Mercedes class customer service. My consultant, Jessica, thoroughly explained all the issues my car was having and was conscious of my budget when we started planning. She kept me in the loop on all the progress while my car was in the shop. The repairs didn't take too long and I got my car back in a good amount of time. When I went to pick it up, everyone there was friendly and helpful. Worth the price!

Mr. Mike Taylor was our sales representative. He was so attentive, answered each and every question we had. He stayed late on his birthday to close our deal. The other sales representative Kwame was just as great. They went over every aspect of the vehicle with us. Their business closed at 7. We didn’t leave until about 8:45. We am so excited and eager to get to know my new vehicle. We can not thank them enough! We are extremely satisfied customers.

I lost my 08 honda civic in jan. due to a total loss and was stuck borrowing my friends car until I saved up for a new vechile. Which during this time proved to be very difficult with how expensive the market on used cars are. I had seen a 2020 corolla that peaked my interest and sent a email over about it. Mike Taylor reached out right away very professionally to get me booked in to view it and do a test drive. At the time I had set up another test drive for a similar vechile down the street at a different dealership. The difference between the service Mike offered vs. The other place was very obvious he was very knowledgeable and polite and NOT once did he make me feel pressured to buy anything I didn't like. Unfortunately the first drive over I didn't find anything I liked but he went and kept a eye out for me keeping my interests and what's important to me in mind. Mike emailed me about a fantastic car that came in the very next day at the subaru lot next door that fit the entire bill for me. I made the 50 minute drive in the snow we tested it and I fell in love and purchased it that day. Sadly I couldn't take it home until Monday so I once again prepared myself to have to make that drive but Mike went & offered to drop the vechile off at my house which saved me alot of stress in the long run. I truly feel like this experience was a 10/10 and my 2021 subaru impreza is awesome!

Id take it ASAP. When that light comes on, I assume I have maybe 1000 miles before you start to score the rotors...

You can as Shannon has mentioned as long as the air is staying in the tire. However you should get it checked out soon. That area could rust ultimately causing a slow leak which will lead to a flat tire one morning when you wake up.
