I like roses but there merchindise isn't always reliable. Contact customer service. Its too late to take it back because they have a 30 day policy with a receipt, but you can always try.
Either talk with customer service at the store you purchased the bed from or contact the manufacture of the bed!

Thanks everyone I'm sure it's to late to take it back..but I will be contacting customer service to see if I could even get a different bunk bed it want hurt to try I guess
If you put a warranty on the bed there should b a manufacturers number to call
