Justin is a gem of a guy. Very helpful and professional. On the other hand, Ralph (who claims to be the store manager) is extremely rude. Behaved obnoxiously. All I requested was an extra envelope as I had to open my already packed one as I had to add few more documents to the package. He rudely just denied for the envelope. Even if I offered to pay for it. The management must take a look at this.

Please for your own well being don’t ship with fedex. Anyone is better. Ups, USPS, an angry man with a camel, anything is better than fedex and their customer service and call center is trash. If you like your package being lost for a few days then arriving late than they are the shipping company for you. Don’t bother calling them either. They won’t tell you any more information than what is online and there is nothing they can do to help. They are just as surprised when your package arrives as you are….

Every time I visit this Fed Ex office the employees are polite- best one I’ve been to- they are patient helping me with copy machine even when I voice my frustration learning how to use it Thank you Fed Ex employees.
