It's because their rude and don't give a damn! And if the customer is not traveling a long distance the driver will not pick u up

That is Bc we are so busy we don't have time to call people to see if they are still waiting. U need to call us to check on the cab. I am so sorry that happened to u.

It happens to everyone, you have to expect it if you call yellow cab.
