I had to give one star in order to rate. This was the fourth time to call to request a pickup. After 30 minutes " Your driver is on the way" 20 minutes later I call back in and "That driver has an emergency and couldn't do it" We're looking for another one. The first two times, I literally got a call from the driver eight hours later, That she was on her way. Eight freaking hours. This company is God awful. If someone had to get somewhere in an emergency, Quickly, Forget it. If you just needed to get out of a downpour and decided to get a cab from ZTrip. Grab a floatie and ride along the gutters water flow from the rain

My step brother who's high functioning autistic had a horrific experience today. He had 2 dr. appointments. Driver was 20 minutes late. Refused to take him to his 2nd pulmonary Dr appointment AND the driver walked around the car, opened the door and told him to get out. The driver made him stand in the heat and call his insurance company and deal with them about the assistance medical voucher. The second driver made him sign a blank voucher!!! What the hell kind of service is this...and don't think I'm not reporting this to the state.

Literally called and booked a cab the day before to be sure to make it to my early AM flight and they never showed. I ended up calling a second one just in case and they showed up promptly. Don’t put your faith in these people.

My car was totaled in a car accident but my insurance paid for car rental. The day I had to return the car I made an appointment with zTrip to pick me up at the rental office and take me home. zTrip never showed up. I called zTrip 3 times over a 2 hour period to see if a cab was coming and they kept telling me one would be coming, but no zTrip cab ever showed up. Finally one of the guys at the rental office offered to give me a ride or I don't know how I'd have gotten home. Don't call this company. Even when you call them to let them know the driver never showed up they still won't send a cab.
