I bought mazda CX-5 on 11/22/2019. A few documents I signed with the finance person, Allen. I asked to a copy of the signed copies for my records but got set of unsigned papers. when asked Allen told it is OK. shouldn't I get the signed copies?

Usually when you sign there is carbon copy attached which they should be giving you. If they gave you totally a differrent set of copies then as Allison responded you should ask them for signed copies for your records.
