Everyone on the staff acted like professionals and what can I say about the salesman that has not already been expressed. He is one of best salesman to represent the Harley-Davidson brand. Way to go Marti!!!!!

Terrible service with worse attitudes

Just be warned if you do the training class. I had gone to the first two training sessions at this location, early to both classes. The third day, I attempted to call the instructor with negative results. I had a family emergency to which I would have been late for the riding portion on the class and lived far away from the location. When arriving, they had already started the class. The instructor had approached me, I explained what happened, and he informed me that the $300 I had spent on the class would be refunded or I would be able to retake the riding portion of the class when the next class was held due to it being a family medical emergency. I never received a phone call or a refund for any portion of the class. Family emergencies happen, but don’t promise something if it wasn’t going to happen in the first place. So now I’m out the money for the class and never got the riding portion of the class. To add on to all of it, be warned you don’t get your M License just by taking this $300 course. You’ll have to take it on a later date on your own time. Horrible communication. If I could give zero stars I would.
