The only matter of urgency is payment on rent. Any problems reported are either ignored completely or take several attempts to get repaired. Laundry facilities are an embarrassment. Heat wasn't working in the winter, AC is busted in the summer, and nobody takes the issues seriously. Oh, but rent and utilities increased significantly over the last year!!

i’ve been living year for a year now, just renewed my lease. there was a leak in my apartment due to a washer that was malfunctioning in the apartment above me. i called arrowhead multiple times with no answer and was left on the phone on hold for about an hour. i ended up having to cal the fire department to help fix the leak, and they said my ceiling would’ve collapsed if i let it go any longer. when i updated arrowhead on my issue the next morning, instead of helping me out, they yelled at me for not calling them first, were extremely disrespectful towards me, and then told me maintenance would come within the week but with no specifications when. if i didn’t just renew my lease i would be out of here immediately. they do not care about you or the issues you have in the apartment. they only care about not paying for things and getting your money.

very nice but would not recommend if you need anything fixed they will tell you it'll be fixed or thwll call matrices and then nothing but good apartments but I recommend looking else where for the price you'll pay
