I love Evolve! Dr. Jenna is such an amazing chiropractor. She listens to everything every patient has to tell her and then works really hard to correct the issue. My son also gets adjusted in Downtown Palatine and has had such great success with Dr. Jake. We enjoy coming every week and feel better every time we get treated.

If you are looking for chiropractic care, physical therapy or massage therapy, look no further, you just found the best place in Chicagoland. I came in to try to get some relief for some upper back pain I was experiencing, thank goodness I did as my X-Ray during consult actually brought to light some deeper issues I didn’t realize were occurring - one of things where you think the pain you live with is just “normal”. Dr. Jenna not only explained everything so it was easy to understand, but recommended a personalized care plan of therapy, adjustments, and massages for treatment. Every time I’m at Evolve, I feel like I’m part of the family. From Dr. Jenna, Dr. Jake, therapy team Emily & Brett, front team Cathy, Ryan, Monica, and all the massage therapists, everyone is so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and you know you are being well taken care of! After 8 weeks at Evolve, I’m feeling 100% better than when I first walked in, and I know without a doubt I will continue to come to Evolve for continued maintenance care! Plus it actually works to resolve the key problems causing health issues - which is something people rarely get with symptom-masking meds and invasive surgery. Not to say those are never the answer, but we believe in trying chiropractic first.
We do, and they are amazing :) Massage therapy is a natural compliment to our chiropractic care plans and we have some incredible practitioners on our Evolve Chiropractic of Palatine team. You can also come in just for massage if you like.
