Is there a time when younger children can use the skate boarding without parents being concerned abou bigger or adults overturning them

Does anyone know what the paved track's distance is?

The skate park is open to all from sunrise to sunset. There are no set times for specific groups to skate. You could always speak with others users and remind them to look out for younger or newer skaters. Colleen - the paved walking trail loop is .6 miles.

Not a set time that I know of, no. But I'd be willing to bet that the older kids are not there in the mornings.
