Very small and very nice to bring your little ones and enjoy the exhibits. We saw a small group of people who were helping staff feed the bears and they were apparently on a paid guided tour. It was nice to listen to the lady for a brief moment and they walked on. This is a very small zoo and is basically a very nice and non stressfull few hours we spent. It has potential!

Peaceful - a chance to get away from the noise and just enjoy watching the animals.

Nice zoo in the middle of the city. Was nice years past with Halloween decor, but didn't see it this year. Zoo itself could use some work, but free is free for entrance.

Great place for kids to walk around and learn about the animals. The zoo area itself is small but we explored the rest of the park while we where there. There's a paved trail around a small where we were able to stop and feed ducks. The playground was cute and very close to the trail. Overall this place was family friendly and I definitely recommend, specially that it is free for anyone!

Yes. It has stairs though and may be a bit bumpy.
No reservations or planning needed on a regular day to walk around the zoo, signs there will let you know if anything's different for holidays or an event.
