I’ve passed by this State Farm office every day since I moved to Athens. Mike Dekle has been a staple of my daily commute for the last 5 years. I’ve never used State Farm and have no idea who this man is but shout out to my boy Mike. I’d like to extend a bittersweet congratulations to Shane Dekle, I’ll be reading your name every day now.

State Farm is not the insurance to use on your house cars or anyting because they do not want payoff on the claims they want to dictate when and how you can drive your car. Todd Smith thinks he's the Teflon Don of the insurance company and he wants to have his hands in the decision of mr kings office he thinks and has bribed the State Farm Marshal's office mr. King's office and apparently that's what he is doing I'm not accusing him but he made a statement to me oh I've been working for State Farm for 33 years I'll deal with Mr King's office for over a thousand times they're going to do whatever I tell him to do now that ain't him dictating that he is the Don of the insurance company and you need some of your words he told me that he was bribing the office of consumer affairs in Atlanta appointed by Governor mr. Kemp last time I checked that was illegal. So please don't go insurance York car with someone else not state farm

Kelsey doesn't return calls. I was sent a small refund check made to my deceased husband. Terrible customer service. Period! I switched to a different office.

I switched to State Farm about a year ago was quoted one price but insurance is higher than they quoted after they get you to switch. Shopping around for new insurance...... Insurance company representative nice but just beware you might not get price quoted .
