It is legal i know for sure. Clarke county has alot of options for renting venues and all accessories for partys and weddings. If your trying to get by without all that expense i would suggest taking what you need down the trail to the shallow schoals and getting married right in the middle of the river. There are really expensive houses for a backdrop too. The to get there will not be friendly to elderly people. And i would suggest changing clothes on spot. The downside will be lots of people and dogs. But i would expect respect from the friendly patrons. Hope this helped. Congratulations!
5 people they shouldn't give you any trouble at all. They don't care as long as you're not throwing a raging party down there. There are some beautiful rocks where the entrance to the park it's that would be a great spot. :)
First, congratulations on this wonderful decision! You totally can get married at any park in Georgia. My wife and I got married at Lake Chapman on a dock. Just keep in mind you can't do anything about other patrons in the park, but that should be nothing to worry about.
Thanks so much!!!
My best guess is that you could treat it like a picnic and stake out some ground, follow the park guidelines regarding alcohol and glass containers, and its probably fine. You couldn't keep other people from entering the park, though.
