You'll need an appointment. When they can get you in depends on where you're going. Some departments only recieve in the am, some don't recieve on Sundays, etc.

They receive early AM. Sometimeyou just got to fake it. Just say 0600 they'll get you in. It's a good place to wait if you have too. Good luck.
