I paid around 55 for a used tire on a 16"
Like new tires are around $300 for all 4 mounted and balanced. That's with 255/55R20 but 16" rims will be about the same I think, so $75 a tire. Just regular used are probably what Wil Rodriguez mentioned
Usally used is 35 to 45
