I wanted t know how much rent is and what does the tented pay?

Rent is a set amount. Bayberry isn't an income based townhome

I'm not sure I completely understand the question, but the rent is listed as $596/ month for the 3 bedrooms (water/ sewer/ trash included) and the units are "total electric." I'm not sure what the rent is for the 2 bedroom units. What each tenant pays is determined by income.
