In June 2020, my best friend from FL, called this shop to place an order for an arrangement she saw online. This was an arrangement that was supposed to have cheered me up, due to the anniversary of losing my son in June. Supposedly the owner was out of town. The flowers were delivered to me. I sent a pic with a reluctant thank you to my bestie. She said that that was NOT was she ordered. The arrangement was pathetic. A very dusty dirty green glass vase with red and black flannel ribbon, again with the wrong arrangement. When I called the shop , some gal answered the phone and informd that said she was filling.in while the owner was out of town. After the owner returned, I called back. She sent another arrangement But the moment and sentiments my friend had in mind were definitely tarnished by this business. I have requested my friend or anyone else use this business. **edited due to typo, then it changed the original post date**

I have purchased many items from this florist and have always been extremely pleased with all arrangements I have received and purchased. For those complaining and giving bad reviews due to flowers not being the same you need to remember that certain flowers are only available during certain times of the year. You may not be able to get something in December that grows in the spring for example. And for the one complaining saying 1800flowers should drop them. Did you ever consider maybe the order never even got to them? Maybe they stopped taking orders and 1800flowers never stopped sending them orders. I might suggest some of you remember there are a lot of circumstances that could cause issues within a business I would hope that if you were in the owners shoes that you would want others to have a bit more patience and understanding with you then you are showing.

Called this flower shop to order flowers from a local provider for a funeral for my boss's brother in law. After speaking with them PRIOR to the funeral and order to make sure it could be done on time they still didn't get it out on time. We we were told to use the online ordering service instead of over the phone and they claim that was the issue....it was at their recommendation. They were given the date and time and claim that when they got there it was too late. That's not acceptable, you can't redo this and no I do not want the flowers anyways. When I asked for my money back she said I had to call the bank as there was nothing they could do on their end.... I called 2 days in a row to follow up on this and never once got a call back, yet apparently i'm the rude person who paid on time and even went with their recommendation on which service to order through. Shame on them, take your business elsewhere....

I'm out of town and was looking for a local flower shop back home. I went to their website which wouldn't work. So I called the business. The woman was very friendly, and said "I'm glad you called so I could see on her website exactly what I wanted for a Mothers Day arrangement." Well, I paid 48.00 for a completely different arrangement. Yes, it was pretty. But NOT what I ordered. I wouldn't have know had I not received a picture of the flowers. It didn't look like what she and I looked at. Will not be doing business with them again.

They may be able to order them. Just stop by and ask the owner. She can order about anything.
