I see a common theme in the review threads...Have the service issues at this restaurant changed for the better since last year?

I never had a problem with the food or service. All the food is fresh and made to order. Not a fast food place. It is a home cooked place so it takes longer than pre-made food.

Service can be bad at times due to a frequent change of staff. However all the staff is very friendly.

Nope. Just went in there about 30 minute ago. Staff was rude. Place was dirty and an employee was smoking by the door so people had to walk through his smoke to enter.

I had a great experience there, but i went on a day when they weren't that full. Maybe things break down when there are too many people? I dont know

Small staff...big crowd so expect delays. I go when I have time in my hands, or I go anticipating a wait so I allow for that when I go.

I have not had issues... But I only go on the weekend

I haven't had take-out from Ray's in some time. After repeatedly not getting my full order, or getting the wrong order all together, I just stopped eating there.

Every time I go there, the service is great and I go there quite often
